Six B2B2C products across fintech — untangling complex, high-stakes workflows for the businesses and the people behind them.
As Savvy became an introducing broker-dealer clearing through Fidelity NFS, the delayed Orion snapshot and the habit of logging into custodian sites for anything that touched money both had to go. I redesigned the portfolio experience into one live, action-ready household view where holdings, trades, and money movement live in Savvy.
Advisors were manually tagging households with labels that went stale the moment client data changed. I designed and built a rule-based tagging engine, solo, that re-evaluates itself automatically — plus a bulk import wizard that replaced hundreds of manual edits with one action.
An internal tool that replaced manual, phone-and-email onboarding with a centralized platform for role-based user management and high-stakes underwriting decisions.
A white-label digital lending platform, redesigned end-to-end from pre-qualification through renewal to cut friction and drop-off for small business borrowers.
A faster, more transparent way for merchants to move money out — from request to funds landed — replacing a slow, status-blind payout process with real-time visibility and control.
Led UX strategy and design to consolidate 20+ legacy applications into one centralized analytical platform for ratings analysts, cutting task time by 27 minutes at a company-wide showcase.
